It was more than 15 years ago that I sat for this photo (see me in the front row?), in my first ESL (English as a Second Language) teaching job, in Warsaw, Poland. In my first year there, I was appointed Senior Teacher. I think that means I showed a talent for teaching right from the start.

I know that I've definitely enjoyed my time teaching English. After two years in Poland, I came back to Canada, and have continued to teach ESL to this day. I have now taught students from 72 countries and counting, and I consider myself blessed to have gotten to know so many amazing people from every walk of life (lifestyle, religion, culture, social and economic background). I have helped many people achieve their goals with the English language, and I hope that I will continue to meet and help many more.

Thank you to all my students, past and present, and to the incredible teachers and staff who have been there for me in my journey.
